Baraka holds a BSc in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Dar es Salaam and an MSc in Agriculture & Applied Agricultural Economics from the University of Pretoria. With hands-on experience at IITA, CYMMYT, and SUA-BACAS, he brings deep expertise in agricultural research, innovation, and project development.

Bhoke holds a business degree with a specialization in accounting and finance. She brings strong NGO finance experience, having served with Creative Youth Initiative for Transformation under the Tanzania Anglican Church Rift Valley Diocese-TEAR FUND partnership and as Treasurer for Empowering the Future Tanzania organization
